Stakeholders

This project was initiated with funding from the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality of the Netherlands and carried out by Wageningen University and Research, in collaboration with partners such as the Netherlands Food Partnership (NFP), Samen Tegen Voedselverspilling (STV), Sustainability Initiative Fruit and Vegetables (SIFVA, part of IDH), and Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences. Each of these partners played a vital role in shaping and executing the project’s objectives. Together, they contributed significantly to the outcomes, leveraging their respective expertise and resources to advance knowledge within the field.
